These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and expectations when you use services provided by jameslogan.tech, including custom AI assistant development, chatbot integration, ongoing support, and related consulting.

By purchasing or using any service from this site, you agree to these Terms.

🔹 1. Services Provided

I create AI-powered chat assistants tailored to your business goals. This may include:

  • Building and training chatbots

  • Embedding them on your website

  • Connecting to booking systems

  • Providing visitor insights and analytics

  • Ongoing bot maintenance, support, or updates (if subscribed)

All services are custom-built based on the intake form you complete after purchase.

🔹 2. Payment, Subscriptions & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

For one-time AI builds:

  • Full payment is due upfront

  • Due to the custom nature of work, all sales are final

For monthly subscription services (e.g. support, hosting, analytics, updates):

  • Billing recurs automatically each month unless canceled

  • You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges and agree to maintain a valid payment method on file.

🔹 3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete intake information

  • Grant access (if needed) to booking or scheduling tools

  • Communicate any branding or naming preferences in advance

You are responsible for the ongoing use and management of your AI assistant after delivery, unless a subscription or support plan is in place.

🔹 4. Delivery Timeline

Custom bots are typically delivered within 5 business days of receiving completed intake info.
This may vary depending on complexity or response delays.

🔹 5. AI Limitations

While your assistant is designed to simulate conversation, it is not a human and may occasionally generate inaccurate or unexpected responses. It should not be used for legal, medical, or safety-critical purposes.

🔹 6. Ownership & Usage

You own the branding and content you provide.
I retain rights to re-use core templates and tools for future clients. However, I will never share or resell your specific bot design or data.

🔹 7. Privacy & Data Use

All personal data is handled according to my Privacy Policy. By using my services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described there.

All content, visuals, AI assistant builds, branding, and written copy created by or for jameslogan.tech are the intellectual property of James Logan unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or publicly share any part of the services or content without express written permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom chatbot designs

  • Scripts and conversational flows

  • Website text or layouts

  • Training methodologies or templates

  • Video or thumbnail content from jameslogan.tech

Violation of this policy may result in legal action.
