At jameslogan.tech, I offer highly customized digital services — which means a significant amount of time and creative energy goes into every project. Because of this, I have a no-refund policy on all purchases, both one-time and subscription-based.
🔹 One-Time AI Assistant Builds
All sales are final once payment is processed.
Each AI assistant is custom-built based on your intake responses, branding, and business goals. Due to the unique nature of this work, refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incomplete intake forms, or unresponsiveness on the client’s end.
🔹 Subscription Plans
If you're subscribed to monthly services (such as bot maintenance, analytics reporting, or ongoing support):

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date

Once billed, payments are non-refundable for that cycle

No prorated or partial refunds will be provided

Upon cancellation, all associated services will be discontinued — including bot support, analytics, and in some cases, bot functionality
I reserve the right to disable or remove your AI assistant if an active subscription is not maintained.
